These Terms of Use apply to the use of the Apricot AI platform during its early access phase. Apricot AI is currently offered on an invitation and evaluation basis to professional firms.

Nature of the Service

Apricot AI is an AI-assisted internal knowledge tool designed to help firms search, summarise, and surface information from their own documents and data. It is intended to support internal workflows and professional decision-making.

No Professional Advice

Apricot AI does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. All outputs are generated based on the documents and information provided by the firm, and professional judgement remains the responsibility of the firm and its qualified staff.

Data Ownership and Use

All documents and data uploaded to Apricot AI remain the property of the firm. Data is processed solely to provide the service and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Apricot does not use client data to train public or third-party AI models.

Termination

Either party may discontinue use of the service at any time during the early access period.
